It was set off, but it is also cut in half by the page break. I don't know how the publisher could have gotten around that.
I loved the book as an example of an adult artist working. The double page of biography, well footnoted, makes it useful for an older audience too. It demonstrates how one can make a creative project showing how Jackson worked, out of scholarly sources.
