Hello,

       My name is Leticia Lopez and I am a graduate student at the University of Washington. As someone who shares my interest in YAL, I was hoping one of you might be able to assist me. As a TA who is starting a brand new project for a class I am teaching next quarter, I could use some assistance on the following:

1) I need to find essential books and articles on interpretation and teaching of YAL for prospective secondary school teachers and general students. Any suggestions?

2) I am researching Young Adult Literature (YAL) and I am trying to put together a list of colleges that teach classes on YAL and/or professors who teach classes on this subject. Would you by any chance have a listing of schools and/or professors who meet this requirement? If not, can you recommend any resources that might aid me in my research?

3) And lastly, my interest in YAL is pretty recent. Can you please recommend any other listserv's I can join?
