Other New WritersRegarding the younger audience, I invite you to check out another new voice out there . . . mine. My first picture book called It's Time! just came out with HarperCollins in the spring. It is a toddler/pre-k picture book in their Growing Tree line, and perhaps a soft voice at the moment . . . I guess you could say it is just getting warmed up. However, my second picture book will be published by Carolrhoda in 2004. Although I have written a number of nonfiction books for educational publishers, picture books are my passion, so hopefully there will be lots more from this voice in the future. I just hope someone is listening.
