Thanks for your comments Norma Jean. There are always going to be individual differences. I heard Margaret Wild say how she was very pleased that her US publisher brought out Fox as it was in Australia, whereas the UK publisher changed the beautiful script to a standard font, and then made other design alterations. Everyone has their own interpretation of their market.
