Markus Zusak, who wrote Fighting Ruben Wolfe, also has two other books about Cameron and Ruben. This title is the second in the series -- the first is The Underdog, the third is When Dogs Cry. The other two are great reads as well, to see both how the characters and the author develops. Maybe they would be available to American readers through the website mentioned earlier? Also, I wonder if there are Australian on-line bookstores that could deal with international customers? I've certainly ordered books from the US over the internet before, and they've made it to Darwin just as well as books from Sydney. The exchange rate should make it not too expensive for many other countries. Does anyone know?

There are indeed Australian online booksellers that ship internationally. I know of:
http://www.gleebooks.com.au/
http://www.seekbooks.com.au/default.asp?shopurl=shearersbookshops
There are many others attached to specialist children's bookshops, as these two are.
