Fairy tale parodies can be pretty ephemeral, but one that stays with me is Ugh by Arthur Yorinks with illustrations by Richard Egielski. A cave-boy-Cinderella, it is extremely clever, very witty and great fun to read aloud.
"Oh. Ugh. Woe was Ugh."
