Ginny -- I am so glad you got this straight for me! I have never been sure if Harry Allard was real or not, even when I looked him up years ago in About the Author. There was his picture, but I kept thinking "Yeah, okay, but maybe it's just an elaborate scheme of James Marshall's to make up this guy." So your two posts were much appreciated -- not only do I now have the facts, but I have the pleasure of knowing I wasn't the only one to be confused in the first place. I think this is also an example of what makes something humorous -- the fun of same-boatness. Thanks, Martha Weston
