Kathleen's comments bring to mind a recent title in the Let's read and find out series (Harper, 2001) POP A Book About Bubbles by Kimberly Bubaker Bradley illustrated with photographs by Margaret Miller. This title combines Miller's clear engaging photographs of children making all kinds of bubbles with an exhuberent text, short sentences packed with onomatopoeia . Lisa
