Just out of curiosity:
Will the new printing / 2nd edition of this book be published in Germany with its added chapters? How did the German publisher react to the request of
"making the book more complete" -- for the American readers. Was it "complete" for the German readers? And, how is the book doing in Germany (sales, popularity, etc.)?
