I had the privilege of viewing the BookTV segment of CSpan 2 this past Saturday that featured Pam Munoz Ryan. She read Mice and Beans to the children at the school library where she was visiting. I loved this story! The illustrations are fantastic and the text is fun and lends itself to interaction with the listener(s). If you have a child around Kindergarten or First grade on your Holiday shopping list, this is a must buy!
