Happy Holiday Season to every one.

I had not really thought about favorites - just selected books for the children i know and these seemed special for "that special" child.

Nicolas is 3 He has "memorized" Spot goes to School - in spanish, so I am giving him Biscocho

Joey - age 4 - and I have long discussions about trucks , and cars,so he will get Burton's My Car

My New York contingent will get Tony Medina's DeShawn Days

One of my favorites - for whom?? because I LOVE his illustrations, Hickory Chair, with the quietly detailed paintings of Benny Andrews - a voice from another era
