My books are not 'politically' oriented but they may be of interest to your stepson and to other children who are interested in Islam and Muslim people. I've been told my book Muslim Child, being a mixture of fiction with non-fiction sidebars, is particularly useful for this purpose. People have told me it puts a personal face on Islam. And my book The Roses in My Carpets is about hope and endurance in times of suffering.
