I used HEROES for our Teens Talk book discussion group and they are begging for more Cormier. Some of the students saw Francis' decision 'not to kill' as a positive move. They felt that Francis realized that murder would ruin his future and resolved to move on with his life. Ages of the discussion group range from 13 and the major insights came from the 13 year olds.
