Dear all, As I am reading and enjoying Sir Walter Ralegh, I think I hear more of the author's voice in this book than in other biographies. Marc Aronson is not an omniscient narrator but a helpful teacher, speaking directly sometimes to the young reader. Is this a new trend? Angelica Carpenter
