The first annual Festival of Words will be held on the campus of the University of Delaware on Saturday, March 10 for secondary students and those adults who work with them. Laurie Halse Anderson will be the keynote speaker and conduct two of the break-out sessions. Other sessions will include discussions, lectures, and participatory events ranging from spoken word poetry to writing contests to adult - youth discussions of YA books.
