Good news for everyone who has worried about the technical difference between replying to one person and sending a message to the entire CCBC-Net community!
From now on, if you hit the "reply" button, you will send a message to the individual who wrote the CCBC-Net message to which you wish to reply privately.
If you wish to write to everyone in the CCBC-Net community, scroll down to the end of any CCBC-Net message. Click on mailto:ccbc-net at ccbc.education.wisc.edu We hope this will please you.
Of course you may always simply address a new message to the CCBC-Net community, if you prefer.
As before, there is another address at the end of every CCBC-Net message which makes it easy for you to sign off if you are going to be away from your computer for a considerable period of time or simply need to sign off.
Thanks to Chris Dowling cdowling at education.wisc.edu for doing this for everyone in CCBC-Net. As always, you may address technical concerns about your CCBC-Net messages to Chris. You may address general suggestions for improving CCBC-Net discussions and/or future discussion topics to me gmkruse at ccbc.education.wisc.edu or to Kathleen Horning horning at education.wisc.edu or to Megan Schliesman schliesman at education.wisc.edu
Please don't interrupt the good sharing of "favorites to say you're pleased (or distressed). However, do let Chris know if you're distressed, or if you want to thank him directly, please let contact him. He's the CCBC-Net Guardian Angel. However, I do want to tell you that Kathy Isaacs made this suggestion on behalf of everyone. Thanks to Kathy, too!
