The virus is a version of the infamous LoveLetter virus. It spreads using the Microsoft Outlook email application, and sends a copy of itself to all addresses in the infected user's address book. It also overwrites other VisualBasic script, JavaScript, and JPEG image files with a copy of itself. It affects Microsoft Windows computers where one is using the Microsoft Outlook email application. If one is not using either Microsoft Windows or Outlook, then the risk of infection is unlikely.
