Re (auto)biography, a group of 12 junior high school girls here at our school were enthralled recently by Adeline Yen Mah's "Chinese Cinderella". In preparation for our discussion of the book, I read her longer (adult) original, "Falling Leaves", and the girls quizzed me about what she had added to or left out of the younger version. Can anyone tell me about any other auto/biographies written twice -- once for adults and once for children?
--------------- There is the book _Obasan_ by Joy Kogawa which was adapted for children and published as _Naomi's Road_. Both are about the relocation of Japanese?nadians during WWII.
