Multnomah County Library's Talk It Up! Book Discussion Groups for Kids is happy to share a new set of book discussion guides for the Young Reader's Choice Award 2001 Junior Division Nominees. Originally created for librarians and educators in Multnomah County as a pilot project, these guides are now available to the public on the Talk It Up! web site:

The Young Reader's Choice Award, sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Library Association is the oldest children's choice award in the U.S. and Canada. Information detailing the nomination and voting process can be found on the PNLA site:
