Sorry, I can't help myself. My current pet peeve is inappropriate apostrophes. Look at the subject line for this message, which has been passed back and forth several times already. "Female's"? Apostrophes are rampant in plurals these days. We, as writers and teachers and editors and librarians, must fight back!!! (my husband tells me I am insufferable on this subject)
