Kathy Crook, you are not the only one who did not enjoy "Dear Mr. Henshaw.' It did not click for me either, and I have to be careful, because it is in my library, when kids ask me about it, because I do not want to pass on my biases. And there are a few children who do read it and like it. So you are not alone.
