Thank you all for your comments on PICTURE THIS. They are the same as we heard at Midwinter when we increased our print run from 5000 paperbacks at
$15.95 to 15,000 at $12.95. We had just thought that we had a chance to reprint a book which should never have gone out of print and that it would have a modest sale. We're also doing a hardcover but I'm home and I don't have any info on it here since it's coming in the fall. The new book hasn't changed from the old one except that the format is larger so that the pictures fit better on the pages. We're planning on having about 200%0 copies of the paperback with us at ALA in July because we thought it would be of special interest to those who were attending the preconference on children's book illustrations. But if you want one, get to the North-South booth early because they'll be heavily discounted and Molly will be autographing them from 3-4 on Saturday.
