Joyful Noise? Don't limit that to just college or elementary; we use it widely in our Middle School Forensics program, and have had it coached as a Forensics piece by our chorus teacher (appropriate, since it demonstrates so well the kinship between music and poetry). Kids somehow cannot WAITto find a partner and try out with these 2-part poems of Fleischman's! I am most eager to read his latest, "Poems for Four Voices"; am anticipating battles over who gets to use them in competition next year!
