(Just in case something goes wrong this time, I found this at The Children's Book Council web page. At their web site (www.CBCbooks.org) I clicked on the "Publisher" icon and then scrolled down to, and clicked on, "Publishing Spanish-language Children's Books". p.s. Thanks to Dana Loy for alerting me to the problem!
