Monster is a fine book, both to read and to look at. I would love to hear from anyone who has discussed it with kids. I read it last summer and was able to talk with other adults about it and was amazed that we could all read the same book and come up with such different
"takes" on the guilt and innocence of the main character. The online discussion (available from the ccbc in digest form) was intriguing as well.
I wonder what kids think?
