Thanks to all of you who have contributed to our Printz Award Discussion over the past two weeks. Because we're still expecting to hear from a few people, we've decided to extend the discussion through Weds Feb 1. But please feel free to make the usual first-of-the-month announcements tomorrow, too, as our Printz Award discussion continues.
In the meantime, I have a specific question for the publishers of the Printz Award winner and honor books. Does the award seem to have any noticeable impact on sales? We always hear that the Newbery and Caldecott Awards do, and I'm wondering if that will happen with the Printz Award, as well.
