Well, yes, it's happy CCBC news and - come to think about it - it's also happy CCBC-Net news!
Megan Schliesman & Brent Seiling are the parents of Lilith Catherine Seiling who was born on December 19, 1999. Lily is beautiful! Megan will be at home with her baby until sometime in April.
Anyone wishing to offer personal congratulations to Megan may send notes to her c/o The CCBC, 4290 Helen C. White Hall, 600 N. Park St., Madison, WI 53706 from which Megan's personal mail will be forwarded. Mark your envelope: Personal.
Anna Lewis has been appointed to assume Megan's responsibilities during Megan's maternity leave. Anna graduated from the UW-Madison School of Library & Information Studies in December. Some of you met Anna during the USBBY conference on campus last October. We're delighted that Anna has chosen to spend four months in the CCBC en route to her professional career as a full-time school library media specialist.
