All the pups and older canines on my list have received (Hanukkah) or will receive (other holidays):
Gary Clement. "The Great Poochini" written and illustrated by Clement.
(Groundwood).
Fun, clever, and sure to amuse at various levels. Opera buffs (no, not opera in the buff) surely will appreciate some of the puns based on composers' names and titles of operas. Really a story of suspense: Will Il Poochini be able to sing at the opera (dog) house or not.? Surely you all remember that famous opera "The Dalmation of Faust" and many others.
See-culture for canines.
