Juneteenth Books

I need some help, probably from Texans as Juneteenth is a Texas holiday - though I do think the rest of the country is beginning to recognize the holiday and what it commemorates.

I want to read my teacher education classes Juneteenth books on 6/18
(Juneteenth being the 19th and a Saturday. I need two books as I am teaching two classes and a lot of students, though not all, will be in both clasees

I KNOW I own two appropriate bookies, but I can't find them. This is probably related to my basically having 3 offices and never quite knowing what's where - my field?sed classroom, my university office, and my home office. One of the books I can't find is about an African-American Texas girl whose cousin from Chicago, or somewhere, comes to visit with her "nose in the air" about her "country cousin" and learns a lot through her visit and the Juneteenth celebration, etc. The other is a locally published book by a man in Bastrop with a title something like "The Day God Came." I'm most distraught over not being able to put my hands on this one since it is autographed. Since I can't find these books, I want to buy new copies - but need titles, authors.

Thanks,
