I loved (and still love, and still reread) Mistress Masham's Repose. It turns up fairly often in used bookstores. Curiously enough, particularly in the light of some of this discussion, the binding color varies. I've seen it yellow, dark blue, light blue, and I believe green. I'm not enough of an expert to know what this means about the editions. I believe The Sword in the Stone was written first, BEFORE The Once and Future King, and later incorporated into it, as was The Witch in the Wood. The original American edition of Sword in the Stone has lovely endpapers by Robert Lawson.
