They have an excellent on-line version of the list (complete with index!) as well as information on how you can acquire printed copies of the pamphlet.
Years ago, Hornbook Magazine put out a similar list called "Children's Books Too Good to Miss." Perhaps someone from Hornbook will tell us if this list is still available.
