Dislike" our children, says Big Grandma. I've thought for years that we
"resent" our children, resent their youth, and our obsession with it, resent their selfishness (which we can no longer exercise, but do). Someday I'm doing a paper on this very subject and its effect on Children's Literature. In the meantime, at lest sentimentality is out; that's something. Signed: some editor or other
