One of the nicest things about the Caldecott Award going to Snowflake Bentley is the long overdue recognition it tangentally gives to the writing of Jacqueline Briggs Martin. She's been creating some very wonderful books that have not received the attention they deserved. Azarian's work is beautiful as it should be to match such a beautiful text. Hurrah for them both!
