This discussion about sports literature is very interesting! As a mom of two rambunctious boys, I see the trend towards reading the books about fundamentals, or past sports heroes as being more popular than reading sports fiction! I have read so many books about baseball to my kids that I could cry! As an aside, You can't get a better expert on sports in any field than Tom Hurlburt! I have the dubious honor of working with him often, ( much to his chagrin)! Pleased to see that he is honored as an expert! Thanks! Sherri Sinniger La Crosse Public Library
