I am giving this book to my father for Christmas. My parents spent two weeks in Tibet last spring. They experienced an avalanche and a rock slide in the same day. None of the hotels had electricity or running water, one only had a cloth for a door. Inbetween trips the stayed in a nice hotel inNepal, and ran into a friend of mine from High school. Debbie
