We've been informed that a forthcoming featured segment about Margaret McElderry will probably be aired on the CBS-TV "Sunday Morning" program on Sunday, January 3.

Margaret K. McElderry is currently Editor-at-Large of Margaret K. McElderry Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster.

Margaret McElderry is an almost legendary woman within the book community for her many contributions to children through the books she edited and published since the mid th century. We agree with a message we recently received about this feature:
"...s he represents a symbol of excellence in the industry."

Over the years, Margaret K. McElderry has edited the works of distinguished authors and artists such as Susan Cooper, Eloise McGraw, Helen Oxenbury, Erik Blegvad, Irene Haas, and many others, including Wisconsin's own Kathy Kennedy Tapp.

The "Sunday Morning" feature had been scheduled for this weekend. Due to the breaking news of this week, the producers have now tentatively scheduled it for Jan. 3.

If we hear anything else about the schedule for this feature, we'll let you know. Otherwise, tune in on January 3!
