A fitting footnote to my territorial-rights faux pas: I have just been informed by email from UK tha the book Junk is actually not avail. in paperback in UK until September. I will now walk to my local independent children's bookstore, Wild Rumpus, and buy a hardcover copy of Smack. Again, my apologies.
