Regarding the below message, I couldn't even see an attachment to read. Please Karen Wendt please post again.
On a more related matter, I am having great trouble getting into -Robber and Me- and even though I don't speak German (like Carrie) I was beginning to suspect it was the translation. It would be interesting if anyone has read the book in both English and German and could make a comparison.
I'm only 50 pages into the book, but it is very slow going...anyone have any children's reactions to the book?
