We're all learning how to use the technology at our fingertips. As you all know, sometimes my fingertips fly much faster than my brain.

This week many of us are having difficulty reading Karen Wendt's messages to the CCBC-NET community. We've talked with our colleague Karen about this, and she's trying from her end to send postings we can read. Yesterday she sent a personal message, and as the fates decreed, most of us did receive that one. That happened a week ago to Milwaukee colleagues within the CCBC-NET community. It happens. We understand. We're all learning - on one level or another...
