Enemies WW II

It disturbs me to remind people that during WWII the Japanese, "Japs," as we called them, WERE our enemies. That the U.S. Gov't was more wrong than wrong about Japanese Americans is another matter. We cannot change history, although some try to revise it. And yes, people did wear crossed flags to show their citizenship because most people could not (cannot?) tell the difference between and among people of Asian origins. As a matter of history, the long emnity between the Japanese and the Chinese in Asia is well known and the treatment accorded them in this country was also different because the Japanese had a powerful government, unlike the Chinese.

'Nuff said?
