I agree with Walter. I saw "Common Ground" in a bookstore and was so excited to find a new Molly Bang book. Then I skimmed it. I loved the illustrations and the physical size of the book but found the text very heavy handed. I feel that she wants so much to get the very important and necessary message across that she shoves it at the reader. I look forward to more books by Bang and will reread this one.
