I'd like to comment on reading selections from Joyful Noise
"cold". The first time I heard it, the reading seemed stiff and I'm not sure all involved had a good time. I wondered if they practiced too much? Maybe it was somethin else... Practice is fine, I believe, as long as in the end I remain open to the experience and above all else have fun! Reading it
"cold" may work. I tried it (with "active" neices and nephews) and it turned out fine -I had a ball the kids did too!
***I'm not sure if this is considered Joyful Noise 2 but there
is also "I Am Phoenix: poems for two voices"
