I'm low on the list for routed magazines at our library, so only today found Publisher Weekly's starred review of Paul Fleischman's Seedfolks.
"Fleischman carefully adds texture upon texture, crafting his story with wry humor and lustrous imagery: dead leaves reappear as the winter snows melt away "like a bookmark showing where you'd left off." This review and CCBC-Net comments only make me the more anxious to read the book (on order yet!).
