CCBCers: I am afraid due to the press of various tasks this past month that I missed discussion of the Marcellino/di Capua "The Story of Little Babji" when people were discussing the Pinkney/Lester. Was the former mentioned? I trust it was since those who respond to CCBC seem like an erudite group.
Interesting article in the "Los Angeles Times", 8 Sept. '96. p. E3, on the subject.
