I suggest that anyone in the CCBC-NET community wanting to reply to this question related to a course assignment on library use please write to Tammy directly. Her message & question are repeated below for your convenience. E-mail your responses to the sender only, please.
As most of you know, several Children's Literature, education and library listserv discussions are underway at this time. Each has a unique purpose and identity. CCBC-NET offers discussion of books for children and young adults along with information related to Children's and Young Adult literature. CCBC-NET discussions provide many perspectives about this literature within the context of excellence and equity. Feedback from some of you indicates that you appreciate CCBC-NET for many reasons, including its "quiet" (aka: relatively infrequent) and "substantial," "thoughtful" commentary. We are learning together how to make maximum use of both the technology and the opportunities it makes possible. We live in exciting times... Other feedback about CCBC-NET is always welcome, either directly to me or my CCBC colleagues Megan Schliesman and Kathleen Horning or posted to eveyone in the CCBC-NET community.
This is a good opportunity to remind everyone to sign your CCBC-NET messages giving at least minimum information: your name and your e-mail address - and more, if you wish.
     Thanks, Ginny Moore Kruse
