Some odd little gremlin has just dredged up an old CCBC-Net message from the middle of last summer when we were winding up our month-long discussion of "Walk Two Moons" by Sharon Creech. Those of you who have subscribed since then may be interested in reading the entire discussion, which included several marvelous exchanges with Sharon Creech herself. You have access to the entire discussion through the
CCBC-Net Archives.
The archives are indexed monthly by date and since we have followed the pattern of discussing one topic each month, it is easy to call up the past discussion for a book or author which interests you. To make this process a little easier, I have indexed the index and will give you step-by-step instructions on how to call up the file(s) you want with past discussions.

SUBJECT: get ccbc-net
For example, if you wanted to call up all the discussion on "The Midwife's Aprrentice" enter the subject line:
Get CCBC-Net 11.1995
This will bring up ALL messages sent to CCBC-Net from November 1995, most of which were part of a discussion of "Midwife's Apprentice." In addition, in some cases one month's discussion spilled over into the beginning part of the following month so you might find a bit more of "Walk Two Moons" discussion, for example, at the beginning of August. (Or the end of January 1996, if the gremlins are at work!)
We will try to run these instructions and the Index to the Index every few months for the benefit of new subscribers. Happy reading!
