Often a CCBC-NET subscriber wants to expand on your posting with the writer or reply directly to you, rather than to the entire CCBC-NET community. CCBC-NET subscribers do not automatically receive the address of someone who posts a message. Some do, some don't. 2) In January, we'll be discussing the novel Protecting Marie by Kevin Henkes (Greenwillow, 1995). Look for and - if possible - read Protecting Marie between now and then, so you'll be ready to comment and also to appreciate each other's comments after the first of the year. ... Ginny
